How To Make Water More Alkaline

The first step is to determine the pH Before You Alkalize the water. Water is naturally neutral, however impurities in the water can make the water more acidic. If you can increase the alkaline level over 7, then you have yourself alkaline water.
The second step is to buy a pH kit. The kit will come with pH strips and a pH color chart. Use this pH kit to test your water. You will want your water to be somewhere between 7 and 9.
This will give you a good understanding of whether your water is alkaline or acid. Now we can start alkalizing your water.

Method 2: Using Lemons To Make Your Water Alkaline
My favourite way, and easiest (especially seeing that lemons are great for you and taste absolutely amazing is adding some lemon to your water as I’ve outlined in this post.

pH drops contain potent alkaline minerals and are highly concentrated. You can purchase pH drops at your local health food store.
