Some of you have been wondering what almond milk to buy, as there’s a lot of different kinds of almond milk out there.
Instead of putting your trust in a manufacturer, why not just create your very own almond milk? Even if you want to buy almond milk, it’s still good fun to try to make your own almond milk.
Let’s do this 🙂
What you need to make your own almond milk
Well you need some raw and unsalted almonds, 220 grams of them.
You’ll also need 4 cups of filtered water and 1 vanilla bean or half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
How to make almond milk
Before writing this article, I had no idea. So I browsed the web, and found some of the best guides on how to make your very own almond milk.
This one right here as the coolest pictures, so I’m including the link for the full details on how to make almond milk
http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Almond-Milk
The steps are basically:
Soak the almonds in water overnight.
Blend the almonds in 4 cups of fresh spring or filtered water.
Sweeten to taste if desired.
Strain – you know to get the pulp out!
Then drink or store for up to a week
If that’s not enough detail for you – fear not …
I’ve found another link with even more detail on how to make your own almond milk. You can access that link here (but it hasn’t got as cool pictures as the other site).

the same old rehashed information. Great read!
