Fresh Green Smoothie
1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
1 bunch of kale
Shoot of mint
1 cup (250ml) filtered water
1 cup (250ml) apple juice – ensure this is fresh and not from concentrate.
Simply blend the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add some more water for consistency if required.
